Nokia 2780 Flip 4G Unveiled with $90 SRP

Nokia 2780 Flip

If you remember the Nokia 2760 Flip that was launched by HMD Global earlier this year, that feature now got a successor by the name of Nokia 2780 Flip. This particular feature phone just got launched by HMD Global in the US market bearing a price tag of less than USD90.00.

Based on the name, it is a flip or clamshell type of phone available in red and blue color options. It got two displays one on the inside and another on the outside.

What's nice about this phone is it supports up to 4G LTE connectivity. HMD Global said this device also has VoLTE 4G support which means all voice calls are clearer and in HD quality. Loudspeaker feature and adjustable volume are present on the device as well. 4G LTE connectivity also means users are able to browse the internet on the Nokia 2780 Flip.

Powering the feature phone is a Qualcomm 215 Mobile Platform processor paired with 4GB of RAM. That is actually quite generous of HMD Global for a feature phone like this. In terms of storage, it packs 512MB and can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

There is only one camera on this device that's sitting just right above the outer display and is pegged at 5MP with an LED flash right next to it. As for its ports, you will be surprised to know that it has USB Type-C port already alongside 3.5mm audio jack.
