Nokia C31 Now in the Philippines and Here's the Pricing
After the local release of the Nokia X30 5G in the Philippine market, HMD Global just dropped a new budget-friendly smartphone offering for Filipinos who's on a tight budget but want a phone that won't compromise performance. The Nokia C31 has finally arrived in the Philippines with a price tag of only Php8,490.
The Nokia C31 offers users with 6.74-inch HD+ IPS display with 2.5D toughened glass protection. On the inside is a UNISOC octa-core processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB internals storage. It can handle microSD card for storage expansion up to 128GB.
Camera-wise, the Nokia C31 sports triple rear camera system with 13MP primary lens and accompanied by two 2MP cameras for depth and macro functionalities. On the front is a 5MP selfie camera. Like all other Nokia smartphones released by HMD Global, this one is also running on Android 12 vanilla version and will come with monthly security updates and software upgrades for two years.
It has dual SIM feature and supports 4G LTE connectivity. It's quite sad to report though that this one has microUSB port and not the now-standard and more common USB Type-C. Hopefully this is the last smartphone HMD Global will release with this port. It's kind of a big deal now on a smartphone if it does not come with USB-C.
The device is IP52 water resistant certified and will be available in three color options namely Mint, Cyan, and Charcoal. It comes with a 10W charger and a large 5000mAh battery.
