Watch Andy Serkis Turn into Caesar in War for the Planet of the Apes Promo Clip

A new featurette for the upcoming and well-received War for the Planet of the Apes film has just been released online. It's a one-minute long clip showing the actor Andy Serkis morphs into Caesar, his character in the movie, as he delivers an emotional and full of rage monologue. Watch it below.

"It is my hope that out of this solemn occasion, a better world will emerge out of the blood and carnage of the past. A world found upon faith and understanding, a world dedicated to the wish for freedom, tolerance, and justice."

War for the Planet of the Apes' motion capture technology is provided by Weta Digital which is a New Zealand-based company founded by Peter Jackson. This firm has also been working with this franchise since Rise of the Planet of the Apes in 2011.

War for the Planet of the Apes will hit the Philippine cinema in less than two weeks time.
