First Black Panther Poster and Trailer are Here

Marvel Studios has finally released the first poster and teaser trailer for one of its upcoming stand-alone yet still part of the ongoing Marvel Cinematic Universe films, the Black Panther starring Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa or the titular character himself. Chadwick is reprising his role that first appeared in the Captain America: Civil War. Watch it below.

As expected, this is still one of those massive and ambitious films that Marvel has released while introducing a new superhero that many non-Marvel hardcore fans are not familiar with, at least until he was initially introduced in the last Captain America movie.

In this trailer, we learned that all the world knew about Africa such as "textiles, shepherds, and cool outfits" were not the whole truth according to Ulysses Klaw (Andy Serkis) as he informed Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman) during an interrogation in the opening scene. That in fact a lot of intense and epic things are going on behind those "fronts" and those are to be explored in this first Black Panther outing. Excited already?

Below is the first official poster for the character that was first released prior to the teaser trailer which like about a few hours ahead.

Black Panther, directed by Ryan Coogler, is set to be released on February 16, 2018.
