Lightning McQueen is Back in this New Cars 3 Trailer

We just got a new and extended trailer for the upcoming Cars 3 animated movie by Pixar. The first teaser trailer that we saw was a bit dark and heavy seeing our car hero Lightning McQueen about to get wrecked while in a race. However, this second one here is lighter and introduces more details on the scope of the latest installment.

In this teaser it looks like McQueen is no lang having the time of his life as his racing career seems to be no longer as it once was. And now being threatened by newer, faster, and younger racers - one of them is called Jackson Storm who is being played by Armie Hammer who appears to be the star in the race track now. To get back into the spotlight again and somehow redeem himself after that horrible crash, he will need a help from someone. Watch it below.


Synopsis:

Blindsided by a new generation of blazing fast racers, the Legendary Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez (voice of Cristela Alonzo), with own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet and a few unexpected turns. Proving that # 95 isn't enough yet will test the heart of a champion on Piston Cup Racing's biggest stage.

Cars 3 will hit local cinemas in June of this year.
