On Monday, Mi Philippines has officially launched the Xiaomi Mi 4i device in the country with an off-contract and open-line price tag of just Php9,799 and at the same event, the Chinese company also unveiled they have made an exclusive partnership with Smart Communications Inc.

Mi Philippines and Smart are teaming up to offer the Mi 4i under postpaid plans. And the telco company just recently published its pre-registration site for all subscribers who prefer to have the phone on postpaid. Then today, Smart revealed that users can get the Xiaomi Mi 4i free on Smart Surf Plus Plan 999.

Below are the inclusions on the said Plan 999 offered with the device.

- Free 100 texts and 30 minutes of calls to all networks
- One free app monthly, which can be changed every month
- Free one month of Smart Gadget Shield

Not only that, Smart is also adding a one month free subscription of Entertainment Bundle 299 with it. This particular bundle gives uses one full month free access to additional 1.5GB of data allocation for app use such as on iFlix, YouTube, SPINNR, Deezer and many others.

Now if you just want to get it on non-contract basis, you can buy the device starting July 29 which will be available online via Lazada PH and offline Xiaomi Resellers across the country by August 1. Xiaomi PH assured that the pricing will be the same online and offline.
