The New Star Wars: Uprising Game is a Prequel to the Force Awakens

This December we'll witness a brand new Star Wars film that is titled The Force Awakens. Since we have a new movie in town, that means new merchandise items and new games are coming our way. The Star Wars Battlefront is one of those and what else? The Star Wars: Uprising is a new mobile role-playing game that bridges that gap between the Return of the Jedi and this year's The Force Awakens. See trailer below.



The game is developed by Kabam in collaboration with Lucasfilm and the studio that now owns it Disney.  Star Wars: Uprising will let players create their own unique characters, go on missions and acquire skills and gears and play with other players.

Kabam added that they will begin beta roll out for the game in some select territories in the weeks to come, however it was not mentioned as to which markets will first get their hands on the game.
