SKK Mobile Unveils Specs for the Upcoming Lynx Lite Smartphone

SKK Mobile through their Facebook page has released a number of teasers for the upcoming watered down version of the SKK Lynx smartphone which became official last month. Today they have published new information about the new SKK Lynx Lite device, its technical specifications. See them below.

SKK Mobile Lynx Lite specs:

- 1.3Ghz Quad-core processor
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB internal storage
- Supports microSD card up to 64GB
- 5MP rear camera
- 2MP front camera
- Android 4.4.2 Kitkat OS
- Dual-SIM, Dual-Standby
- WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
- 3G
- 2000mAh battery

Unfortunately pricing and availability date have not been revealed yet. All SKK Mobile said is that this Lynx Lite is "coming real soon", I am translating that as April release month. Hopefully I am right that they will release it next month and the pricing will be announced prior to release.

Actually, to me the specs are quite alright as I am not a heavy smartphone user. As long as I can connect to the internet anytime I want and will have at least a day of battery power while on the go, I am okay with that. This device already supports 3G network so that is an additional this-is-okay-with-me assessment. But of course pricing will make a big impact on my over all decision if I will buy the device or not (if I were to buy a new phone with a limited budget). I think as long as SKK Mobile will price this Lynx Lite no more than 3K of 4K, this will be a hit smartphone from their portfolio.

 Let's just wait a little bit for the pricing and release date. It's almost here.
