Tom Hanks Releases a Typewriter Keyboard App for iPad Devices

Yes you read that right, the Hollywood actor Tom Hanks has just released his own iOS app for iPad devices. It is a typewriter keyboard app which the actor calls Hanx Writer. I didn't even know that Hanks is a typewriter machine collector and according to one post I read he owns at least 200 of this old school machine. 

If you are also a typewriter lover of just want to try it out, you can now head over to the Apps Store and download it to your iOS tablet. It is a free app but still has in-app purchases for additional fonts, sounds and themes. Using this keyboard app will give you the feel of using a real typewriter machine through its display on the device and the sound that it produces as you type in. I will definitely try this out.
